A small but dedicated team works on this wonderful event, no doubt as the event grows so will the team but for now here they are:
Damian Cobley-Finch - Founder of Acoustica and member of the Festival Committee
Damien is also a Councilor on Leichhardt Municipal Council but his love of almost every kind of music and fierce dedication to creating a high quality urban music event provides great credentials for his creation and participation of Acoustica.
Jim Conway - Artistic Director
Most people know Jim Conway as one of the world’s leading blues harmonica players and his work with Backsliders and Big Wheel.
Probably the most dedicated of all the team Jim has created a mix of music and performers that give the audience a wonderful experience on Festival Day and also on the day leading up to the free concert
Katie Bell - Community Events Coordinator
Katie is the newest addition to the Acoustica team as Leichhardt Council's new Community Events Coordinator. Katie has a rich and varied events history spanning functions, charity fundraising and music festivals. She looks after the event as a whole to make sure it comes together to match the vision of the committee.

The Sponge - Luke Faccini - Design and Creative
Luke and his team have designed the new Acoustica logo, designed all our print and advertising needs and created the first Acoustica Web Site all of which demonstrate an amazing creative ability that the Acoustica team are delighted to have
Just Go Write - Philippa Lowe - Media Communications
Philippa has just completed a similar role for the huge Italian Festa on Norton. Her Achieved more placement then ever before, she lifted the quality of communications to a new level. Acoustica are delighted to have Just go Write as an integral part of the team.
